Current test pilot

LocalService provides a connector for discovering and requesting independent local services, beginning with mobile auto detailing. The current payment integration accepts Stripe test payments only. Synthetic review providers are labeled and cannot supply real services. A test payment does not purchase a real appointment.

Provider and customer approval

Providers set their prices, services and availability and remain responsible for service delivery, qualifications and insurance. A search price is an estimate. The provider must accept or propose final terms, then the customer must explicitly approve the named provider, exact time and final price. Payment success must be verified before a booking is confirmed. An AI agent may act only with the customer’s authorization.

Cancellations and refunds

Unpaid bookings can be cancelled. An open Checkout must first be safely expired. Confirmed bookings can be cancelled with a full refund at least 24 hours before the start time. Within 24 hours, or after completion, contact support for review; the API does not promise an automatic refund. Refund processing status may remain pending until Stripe confirms it. Browser return URLs do not determine payment or refund status.

Platform role

The provider’s name is displayed with service and payment details. Stripe Connect transfers and platform fee collection are not enabled. Test transactions remain in the platform’s Stripe test account. Real-money marketplace operation will require an accurate seller, payout and contractual arrangement before activation.

Use of the service

Provide accurate information, keep credentials private, and do not use the connector for fraud, unlawful activity or abusive traffic. Access may be limited to protect users and providers. Contact support for disputes or corrections. These terms do not waive rights granted by applicable law.
